The girls and I decided to cook our pumpkins and freeze it. It was some work for sure but the results were worth it. We froze about 25 bags of it. We love pumpkin waffles and cookies around here. I love working with my girls and the things we talk about. They are growing up so fast I am taking advantage of each moment I am get.
